If you took The Last Jedi out of this trilogy & went straight from Force Awakens to this, it would fit seamlessly, I thought the last jedi was awful, I really enjoyed the rise of skywalker, it brought it all back together, the repeat of another planet killing weapon was the only thing that disappointed me, it was well acted & good visually, it was a little rushed, trying to fit all the story in because the last jedi didn't add anything, which is not JJ s fault, as a major starwars fan I would definitely suggest watching it. Disney do not let Rhian Johnson near another starwars film!!
