I remember watching this show after getting recommended by many class mates back then in 2014 at that time the 13 year old kid was simply trilled seeing a good looking guy with a guitar in hand wooing women around him. In those days with dramas like is pyaar ko kyaa naam do etc hate love story were kind of popular among young Indian kids but the 22 year old me is scared watching this again the drama literally promotes toxic masculanity and even goes to an extent of glorifying it. You will literally hear dilogues like 'she is inviting harrasment by wearing sleevless tops and jeans' as a woman it's scary to hear such kind of dilogues comming from the lead protagonist of the show the drama sets up a stereotype that it's only women who should give up on the life dreams aspirations everything she should only work if she has an urgent need to run a family other wise if she wants a career for her betterment she is an irresponsible mom and wife.Many might argue that these things do happen in society especially the south Asian society we live in yes many things do happen in our society but then is everything happening right ???Considering the fact that this show ressets all the stereotype that is already present in our society simply ruins all the purpose of this show the show has no strong story line it boasts of being an women empowerment but the it actually doesn't empower anyone apart from kashaf's carecter growth and few dilogues the drama has nothing appealing infact the popularity of shows like this itself proves how deeply patriarchy is rooted in our society This drama could have been progressive of it was set up in the era of 1980s but it certainly has nothing progressive in this

It's a good one time watch movie story is pretty decent acting wise it's good.In first half you will see the emotional bonding between the carecters Nandani Nargis and Sameer and 2nd half is filled with action shots The fighting scenes are nicely shot nothing looks ott climax could have been better but overall its a good movie
