OMG. Despite knowing all the evils surrounding UPFs I read this book. N I AM BLOWN AWAY. LIKE omg. everyone should read it so that everyone knows what they are eating. 100/10 recommended. It should not be optional,it's a must read.

not really flattered. nice book, but the author seems like she's trying "too hard". I like her, but there is unnecessary touch of feminism. Also , she used the terms -boy/girl/man/woman/ladies , to talk about MALE n FEMALE insects, the terminology causes problems (talked in the book different by frans de waals). ps: i never give less than 4 stars to any book. im sorry

Such a great book, not biased at all n doesn't contain toxic feminism.
