There are endless things wrong with this series, I've listed the most obvious below: 1 - Shallow, weak, predictable storyline with nothing interesting or memorable. Has nothing to do with the Witcher Universe. All the folklore, history and basically everything about the Witcher Universe is completely erased and thrown in the trash. The only way you can tell it's part of the Witcher universe is because they mention a few key locations. 2 - Story is presented in a way I can only describe as visual diarrhea. Bullet point style, newscast style, rapid fire scenes. I feel like I'm on heavy drugs when I watch this even though I am sober. It's extremely overwhelming to take in all at once. Not even remotely close to how a TV show or movie should be presented. Very difficult to watch and focus on. 3 - Extremely poor acting, horrible choreography, very predictable. Actors fall out of character often and their actions seem completely unfocused, forced and stiff as a board. The actors commonly zone out. None of the actors suit their character roles, everything is extremely unnatural and out of place. Nothing flows or makes any sense. 4 - Extremely basic and predictable personalities. Very uninteresting dialogue between characters. No trace of character building or building of relationships between the characters. The romance is very overdone, fake, forced and cringe. Everybody is dramatic, emotional and irrational yet it's presented in a way that's so stiff and void of emotion. Truly bizarre. No character in this story is unique, memorable, lovable or realistic. Except Jaskier, he's always on point but he rarely makes any appearance in this diabolical series. 5 - The CGI is weak and cringe, very Halloween-ish. Lack of creativity. I could say more but there's no point, Peppa Pig has a much stronger dialogue and storyline than this. I was so excited for Blood Origin but I was left utterly appalled and disappointed. Everything good gets trashed these days, but what can you expect when production isn't based on quality and the producers and actors aren't hired based on talent.
