One of the most interesting and challenging books I’ve read. The challenging part is reconciling the author’s views on aging and its remedies(!) for a person like myself who finds the mysteries of aging at once God’s joke on us and the gifts thereof a bonus. I ponder the author’s philosophies and find them thought-provoking. The second part is not as interesting to me.
