I bought this book on impulse. It was recommended to me at the shop and the second I saw the cover I instantly wanted it. I didn't start it for awhile but when I did it took me a few pages to get into it, as most books do.
I instantly grew attached to Jamie and Andrew, I loved their little antics and the way they interacted with one another. I loved how it didn't straight up have Andrew reveal everything to him, his fear of being abandoned overpowering wanting to be honest. It was obvious to me how much they cared for one another throughout the entirety.
I don't at all agree with what Google said though, it's nothing like What if its us, they both die and the end and heartstopper. I love all three of those books yet it's not at all like them, though I do guarantee it is just as good.
