I enjoyed the movie very much and think that Zac Efron and Lilly Collins did superb in portraying their characters. While the movie is not 100 percent accurate, it stayed pretty close to what we know of the true story. My only issue with the movie is Jim Parsons portraying the Florida prosecutor. It was difficult to watch because you are waiting the whole time for Sheldon Cooper to be Sheldon Cooper! I don't feel like this was a good choice at this point in his career where he is so well known from the Big Bang Theory. John Malkovich, whom I love, was not Judge Edward Cowart! He did a great job at being a judge, just not this particular judge. Judge Cowart was a character all his own and the trial was so highly publicized that they really needed to find someone to fit that character better. All in all, the movie was good and told it from a side that we had not yet heard. Kudos to Efron for being able to capture such a dark and evil mind while still maintaining the arrogance that Ted was so well known for. It must have been a dark & hard place to go in order to play this role. He did a good job.
