I love The Repair Shop and have watched it from the first series. Can someone tell me exactly what Jay Blades actually does! He stands and greets people as they bringing in their treasures. Always willing to take the item in and promise they will do their best to bring them back to their original condition Then he disappears. Ive seen him collecting cups and he orders parts the others need. Ive never seen him restore anything! But when the people collect their items, there he is, smarmy and. Thanking them and saying it was a joy to work on. Taking the glory but doing nothing to earn it. I also saw him on Money for nothing and all I saw him do on that was paint items a different colour. No Jay Blades. Let the true workers have the glory moments and get back to making the drinks for the experts!
