This has managed to score the ultimate of all film hat-tricks. Bad story, bad acting and bad effects, the balloons going around the tornado would be laughable if it wasn't so cringey. I wasted a full 30 minutes of my life before giving in amd turning it off. I had to give it 1 star because you can't give zero stars.
