Thee Lazarus

I am not sure what has gone on. Just a terrible film. Seems like someone has bought the rights amd just made a low budget movie with no effort. This reminds me of the wrong turn movies. The first one was great then a company took over and made 5 more and were horrible cheap movies..but then a remake from the original wrong turn came back and made a great one again. I'm hoping the director from the first 2 del toro makes a comeback..I'd even say bring back Ron pearlman.

I love a good horror movie but find my self going to horror movies that are just shown as to be great but are actually not that great at all. This was a disappointment as was longlegs and baghead. I'm tired of critics saying things like " gore horror and fantastic" when it facr there is about 0.4% gore and nothing else. The film explains nothing really about where these body taking aliens come from or what they look like. The film confused me in many ways. There are creepy bits but yet it's more creepy going to my local supermarkets with crack heads walking like the walking dead. Acting in it is good but the story is poor.

Really good movie. Its just a shame the year it was released was a poor year. A second one should be made. I dont know what people expect but it has comedy but also shows how things could really be in the real world. I give it 5 star because the acting was great and you really do get deep into the movie. Watch it with an open mind.
