Started off good keeping you hooked but it gets stupider and harder to watch later on. The show starts with the main character’s, a surgeon’s daughter going missing. The reason she goes missing is so stupid like she had 5/6 days before she actually goes missing to go back home but she just stays at at a neighbors house for god knows what reason. There many many moments while watching the show where you go whyyyyy/whattttt/are you serious rn. The only good thing is that you don’t really want to stop watching but you also feel like you just want to get through it. There was potential for many of the characters which was not used at all. The main character was over used always running around jumping strangers it gets annoying really. Overall and one time and quick watch.

Very fascinating! The visuals of each place they've shown in the series are really good. It's interesting how these people live in different corners of the earth and yet have similar lifestyles which promotes longevity. Informative series for anyone interested to change their own lifestyle and help others around them. Yes, a lot of research has to be done before you jump to conclusions but this series provides an insight into healthy lifestyles.
