I dont know who management is but they sure as hell need to update support. I got suspended for a week for being AFK in a match, not even competitive. Not once did I receive a warning or anything. This was the day the season was ending and I wanted to grind out the last few levels of the battlepass as I paid for it. Well, reached out to support and they practically told me to f off, that they believe in their system and that I deserve my 7 day suspension for being afk… I mean seriously, who talks to their own customer that way. It wasn't like I cheated or anything. I play your game practically everyday and even spent money on it…. And I get an automated reply from a human after waiting a day. Not even that but the support actually told me to remove any software I had that would cause this…. If you knew it was due to me being afk how is that even relevant…. I OBVIOUSLY DIDNT CHEAT. Couldn't even compensate with the last item of the pass as I didn't have the opportunity to earn it manually(Due to being suspended for a week$ Im completed unmotivated to ever pick up this game again. Genuinely, done. You will never keep fans if this is how you run your support. You shouldn't even list them as “support”. You lost a loyal fan who has been playing since January, I was the only glue keeping my other four friends on too. They're going to be grateful, I'm done with this game now too.
