As a doctor myself i got goosebumps when they could make penicillin for the first time. Really felt very inept at my knowledge. If i were to go back in history at Max i can teach them but can not do anything much without the newer drugs. All the actors did their best. I would say that the main reason for such impact would be because it being made out of a manga. Many people may now reading webtoon which are fast paced but the manga contain deep and rich stories anytime they are detailed and with lots of character development You would feel the pain of each and every character And they are always inclined to bitter sweet endings may be because such stories would stay with audience for longer period than a happy ending or a sad ending Everyone’s dreams were partially fulfilled which is just like the real world nobody can have everything he wants Even the small characters like nagashi made quite an impact The realistic outcomes of the changes he could do in the present world are very subtle and blended perfectly I read few episodes of this manga decade back when i saw it on Netflix i was skeptic about the quality as it was from 2010 but i was amazed by the production values. Thank you for the drama The only thing iam too happy with would be that saki forgetting about him but having the heart reserved only for him And it was so good of an ending that you would be happy if the protagonist ends up with miki out he would just stay alone remembering saki

I usually do not give any kind of reviews, even though I like a series very much, but I wanted to give my review to this particular K drama because in anyway, it is very hurting this maybe purely my own opinion, but from the beginning itself, The series promotes being alone or single you can have many relations, but ultimately, even when you are in relations, you should stay single so that you can improve yourself or you can take care of yourself. This maybe showing the present cultural changes appearing in the world in general, maybe more in Korea, but it is Alarming people think that if a series portrait purely negative things, people will not change that maybe true, but this kind of dramas were the narrative is pushed. Very softly will be imprinted on the people and they may justify whatever they are doing. I will take an example in the series the mother, had so much of responsibilities because the father was a loaf at the end. She wants to stay single, even though maintaining the relationship that maybe okay with a person who has hurt as much as she hurt, but the audience won’t take the unnecessary parts and they will take whatever they want from here, medium , that way ultimately people may think that being alone is the end idea and the good idea. The rise of psychiatric illnesses is rampant these days for one reason, lack of support there is nothing else to say.
