I just finished this book and really enjoyed it. I loved the format and POV it's written in and how weird the whole thing is. I really wasn't expecting too much when I picked it up, but the themes the emotions the characters go through have really stuck with me. It felt meaningful This one really played with my emotions and tricked me a couple times. I really enjoyed it!
The gist of the plot is that a mysterious and other worldly car showed up in a rural Pennsylvania town. The car is stored at a local state police barracks and the book is essentially a handful of the employees there telling the stories of what has happened around/because of the car throughout the years and why it has been kept a secret. They are telling the story to the son of a fellow officer who died on duty and is like a son to those telling the story.
