His characters expertise in authenticating art in the world of antiquities and dismissing the forged copies has brought him masses of wealth and a vast collection of priceless pieces.
However he has never experienced love or the companionship of a woman in his life.
When his profession leads him into the arms of a young beautiful woman we can't help but feel for him.
Do our emotions truly cloud our judgement? Is love truly blind?
