‘You need to watch a movie as a movie’ but movies like these that normalise and glorify toxic behaviour do influence society. Moviemakers shouldn’t be given so much importance or privilege if they simply get away by saying ‘a story is a story’ and do not care about how they portray and glorify characters in their films. Animal is a nonsensical and toxic movie with absolutely ridiculous dialogues.
