Given the immense talent and countless man hours poured into this show—its two stellar actors (with a standout performance from Michael Stuhlberg), the beautiful Nola locations, the striking lighting and cinematography, the impressive production design, the competent score, editing, sound design, wardrobe—it's almost criminal that none of these industry professionals had the balls to hand these asinine scripts back to any one of the show's 55 producers and say, "No.”

In this dystopian future, the only survivors are pretentious, solipsistic theater kids, played by overly emotive, camera conscious actors, nay, thespians. Over both this show and the world it portrays, I’d prefer the virus.
