Franklin Margaret

Although I'm an adult, I still enjoy watching animated movies and musicals. I often buy them for myself. This one, however, is slow, a bit dull and Blunt is a stern Mary. In one musical number, they had to play to Lin-Manuel rapping skills by adding that element. I truly enjoy these type of movies but this one, not so much.

I enjoy musicals, so I expected to enjoy this. I truly liked how they intertwined so many well known fairytales into the story of breaking a curse. Modern/contemporary songs and lovely singing voices help to keep your attention. This star-studded musical has something for everyone!!
