Long time SNL watcher, first time reviewer. Have been binge-watching SNL recently, since episode 1, on Peacock. I feel the current Weekend Update anchors are the worst in history. It's a couple of stereotypical "bros" unsuccessfully trying to sound progressive. The occasional female cast member fronting as a "guest" or field anchor has only served to make it worse. Aside from the constant over-the-top & unmotivated political sketch openings over the years, in general, the show doesn't stop making me LOL in ever episode. Thank you for listening.
