I was wondering what was off about this story. it was tine. tine was not in it. the person win was playing was a sulky character who didn't look like a man at all. The makeup and hair team made him look effeminate. in one year he went from a beautiful happy boy to a woman with pms. the wife talk just added insult to injury. tine was doing all the cooking, complaining about the laundry and choosing to sleep rather than be romantic with sarawat. There are so many women who are just like that. the fact that jittarain wrote this is so mindboggling. win must have hated it. This is why bl actors who play ukes leave the industry the minute they achieve success. This is an insult to them and the fujoshis that love them.
Everything that was part of mr chic's quirky identity disappeared, from his gullibility to his silly hypotheses to his mischief making. Everything was more or less gone unless a product needed to be plugged or a song needed to be sung. Even his friends were used minimally. during the beach trip, sarawat's friends were allowed to tag along for no reason but tine's friends stayed behind. fang disappeared and was replaced with green. green was louder than tine and tine became a side character on his own show that he helped establish. the only person who was part of tine's social circle was sarawat and even he was removed.
the prequel had absolutely minimal lgbt talk. You could blink and miss it. it is the reason old fujoshis returned to bl and new fujoshis were born. This one had too much gay talk because it was written specifically for that audience. the fujoshis were forgotten just like tine's original character. the reason why this show did well is because it was riding the wave of the previous show. everybody watched it at the very least out of curiosity.
the previous show ended with the writers bashing a good canon female character and the sequel started with tine apologizing for it despite not being in the wrong. fujoshis will never learn to stake their claim on the artform that they started and they subsidize. there were some good moments and the kiss but they teased the audience too much for it and the cute moments cant quite make up for above nonsense. brightwin was a flash in the pan and fluke. this sequel just fed off that fluke.
