It was an alright movie. Isn't as good as the first one. After the Underminer's speech on "waging war on peace and happiness" it felt like he was waging war on the world. It kinda felt like a let down that he just turned out to be a bank robber. Another let down was the lack of Frozone's wife, we all wanted to see her and it would have been nice to see her on screen, like maybe after the underminer fight we could have seen him go home and have them go through a similar fight bob and Hellen had. One of my main issues with this film was it just seemed more then half the dialogue was of everyone yelling at each other. Also their personalities are off at times. By the end of the first film they all had this sense of confidence and in the second film they just loose it. Hellen is now chasing the glory days like she yelled at Bob for doing. Violet went from becoming strong and confident around Tony(don't get me started on his look change) to falling apart after he forgets her. Also you'd think they'd be more cautious about trusting some mysterious organization that wants them to do super work after Syndrome. It felt sloppy and I really hoped that after all these years of planning they would have given us something more polished and better planned out and something that would have been more true to the characters. All in all, its an alright movie but not perfect.

I really like this movie. I can watch it many times and not get bored of it. Its style is simple, clean nice animation, amazing fight scenes, and it has exciting moments. It is a 10/10 for me but maybe I have trouble being critical for this movie. I wish it was up for purchase on Google play, it would be a nice movie to have on the go.

One of my all time favorite Disney movies. An excellent work of 2D animation with an equally great story to go with. The characters were amazing too and relatable. Jim Hawkins, a rebellious fatherless teen who keeps messing up goes on an amazing journey to find himself and achieves a dream. It may not be Treasure Island but is is an excellent film in its own right and I wish it had done better at the box office. I would have loved a sequel or even a TV show from it. By far, my favorite movie from my childhood.

Dexter new blood had a really great start and had the makings to becoming a great series, but it seemed to abandon story lines. !Spoilers! For example, when Angela notices Curt wants end the search for his son to stop as soon as they mention looking around the cave. When she goes out of her way to go look at the hotel where Matt is said to be staying at and finds out that he was never there. And then finding her friend’s body in the cave after searching it. Also the part where Angela sees the room at Curt’s tore out. How can having all that and having DNA nearly a match not get him caught? One sob story about his cruel father was all that did it. The actors were amazing, no complaints about that. The writing to me just needed more work. Also it kept almost teasing us with Dexter having to face Batista and his past. We all wanted to see them meet again. It seemed weird to me that Batista was forgetful with remembering Dexter and Harrison despite Batista’s sister being his nanny. And I felt like having him being the big connecter for Jim and Dexter being the same person was awkward. Why not Merry F-ing Kill, she was friends with Angela and was interested in her work. Honestly, if they do another season I hope they have Dexter waking up in his cell and having the ending as a bad dream. The new season could be with Dexter being in court and having to face the things he’s done. Having to see a lot of old faces from the past. He could be debating letting himself be brought to justice for the sake of his son and a way to avenge everyone he’s ever hurt or being there for his son who is stating to slip with his maturing dark passenger and prevent Harrison from having everyone treat him like the spawn of a killer if Dexter is caught. Dexter could get away with it just like the so many killers had before him. All in all, Dexter New Blood was good, but not amazing. It makes me more satisfied with the old ending. I hope they do another season, but I just don’t know if I could enjoy Dexter with only a dead Dexter in it.
