Although I have not read the previous Betty Ford biography this one is just riveting it reads like a an enticing drama - Betty Ford was a class act from the very beginning and having a courageous and brave demeanor always spoke her truth. She helped millions by living her truth without the cover-ups or untruths that you can find in the upper echelons of society. This book / biography tells the story in such a way its really hard to put down. If you know Betty Ford or even if you dont this biography is the perfect introduction to learning more about the woman who was more than just a first lady and creator of the famous Betty Ford Center.

I found the Game Changers documentary truly fascinating - the fact that a good meat lover trying to heal quickly from injury travelled down the vegan rabbit hole & learned things he could never unlearn. All while watching his father suffer the affects of cardiac disease due to a life-long love of meat. The contradiction was not beyond him & the documentary will change your view on the world you know. The illusion of it all. Remember everything we know is based on what we've been told by a capitalist society. Keyword: CAPITALIST. Watch & be changed for the better. 2 thumbs up👍👍

If you have never read a Malcolm Gladwell book I would encourage you to explore his earlier works - all of which are so thought provoking that it leaves you with so many questions to all of the answers (that Malcolm provides) that all make perfect sense. He takes you so far back its like traveling in time - you see a consequence to what was a problem, it all goes awry & everyone has an opinion why - but Malcolm gets to the root of it like no other author can. He asks the questions you didn't know you wanted answered, then he answers them for you! His talents are unmatched, there is a reason he is at the TOP of many as their favorite author.
