In Season 2 now. Hope its resumes the goodness of Season 1 again. 'Clarke' seems to have been acting like Christen Stewart. Completely expressionless or rather, the same stare and look all the time. Easy. Maybe my expectations rose, maybe the plot is this way, maybe the script says so. Well, moving on to the next episodes. Don't let me down. :D

One word for the entire series - 'Nostalgic'. You know there are few movies and series, which take you back to the golden years and you have a tremendous impact on your mind for days, weeks, months. You keep thinking and fall in love with it. This is one of those. The acting of the entire cast, from the kids to the adults, is impeccable. The plot is interesting and the direction is no-nonsense. I mean I have watched shows where the kids act dumb, adults are unaware and doesn't pay attention to their kids' words, being indifferent to the happenings around them etc. But not this. The kids are smart, brilliantly acted and composed. I was a person who only watched movies alone and no series. But having watched ST, my faith has been brought back and now I can say that there are masterpieces still in this world.

I don't know why this show isn't getting the credit it should. Its an original and as an avid sci-fi/ horror/ suspense addict, I can see the level of details and the graphics/ CGIs the team has gone through. Those hot bullets flying around like fireflies, no nonsense acting by the cast, thrilling moments and location. I gave it a 4 star as I was kept wanting for more. But I like it even though it ends with something terrible to come. Why can't people get over typical horror flicks? Why haven't they matured enough to see something new and getting past that stereotype portrayal? A little unconventional and down comes the critical reviews. I would suggest people to get out of their eggshells and look out and venture the unexplored. Betaal may seem dark but thats the USP. Go watch it!
