The show was interesting & suspenseful enough to want to keep watching. It was frustrating at times because it felt like the people were just accepting these events, no questions asked, which is a bit unrealistic. But overall, I enjoyed it. The acting between the children & adults was very good. All the reviews that complain about ONE mixed race child & interracial couple (one half of the other interracial couple died early in the show so I don’t count them), & the fact that there are people of color in this program…it’s 2024. Get over yourselves. The world is filled with people of all races & ethnicities. It’s neither “woke” nor obsessive to cast people of color in a program in 2024. If you let someone’s race distract you that much from a program, then YOU are the problem. No one need be forced to watch an all-white cast when there are plenty of good actors that are non-white. Such an oddly bigoted reason to dislike a show.

This was not horror or sci-fi. I don’t know what this was. I fell asleep watching it within the first 20 minutes, woke up & rewound it back, but that was an enormous mistake. I should’ve just skipped this film altogether. All of these “friends” harboring secret grudges & romantic feelings for each other let one friend they haven’t spoken to in years convince them to use this machine that allows them to switch bodies. Why were all of these people meeting the night before the friend’s wedding? Was this his bachelor party? That was never explained. Everyone seemed shallow & unlikable. A cast of unknowns, except the guy with the suitcase was briefly in ‘Green Room’, & the desperate girlfriend was briefly in ‘Black Christmas (remake)’. I only remembered them because I have a good memory for actors in films, but otherwise, they weren’t very good actors & the movie was terrible. I don’t know who is being paid to write these 5 star reviews, but they must be getting paid well because this movie was boring & made no sense.

Two stars for the scenic location & the acting, but that’s about all I can say. Is it aliens? Dirty cops? Drug dealing? Kidnapping? Murder? There was too much going on, & all plots lead to nowhere. A complete waste of my time, watched against my better judgement & stayed to the end thinking there’d be an explanation. There wasn’t. Don’t bother.

Quite boring. No idea what’s what & who’s who. A jumbled plot & a jumble of odd characters that are never fully fleshed out. Hard to stay invested. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time on it.

Very light-hearted detective series. The mysteries are easy enough to solve, aside from the murders, it’s almost cheery. The thing that bothers me the most is Max & his aunt, she seems to be not much older than he is? Why didn’t they choose a younger main actor or older woman to make it more believable? The show is easy to watch & follow. I’m not sure why so many reviewers take issue with the diverse cast, it’s almost like they don’t expect people of color or gay people to be part of everyday society?

A film about nothing. The big reveal was very obvious from the very beginning. Where did all those people come from at the end? How long was she at this hotel? Did her family own it? Work there? Literally nothing was given. This was a film about foggy nights & spooky overtures & that’s about all.

I’m not from Liverpool & never been to Liverpool, so I can’t comment on the accents. But the acting was pretty top notch. I loved Martin Freeman, felt awful for him as he seemed to be trying his best. Glad he finally gave Ray a slap for trying to ruin his life. All of the actors were great, the plot was exciting & interesting. All in all, worth watching both seasons.

I love Agatha Christie & love adaptations of her books & stories. This one was a bit hard to watch. I kept falling asleep & had to rewind & go back. I didn’t understand the motive??? Kind of made no sense. It had such great actors, too, so I don’t know why it was so awful. As for all the reviews of it being too “woke” or asking why it had such a diverse cast…if THAT is your biggest issue with this adaptation, then it would seem you went in expecting to see an all white cast & were so disappointed it wasn’t, you completely missed the fact that the whole storyline & plot was unbelievable. Far better Christie adaptations out there. I gave it two stars because I love Douglas Henshall, Mark Bonnar, & Penelope Wilton.

Literally the best cartoon, ever. Like Twin Peaks for kids (I’m an adult though). I’ve watched it through like a hundred times, never gets old. I love it so much. I highly recommend!

I won’t watch. I hate movies that cast Americans as Brits when there are so many talented British actors that can carry the role. Also, Kristen Stewart is much too awkward a human to portray Diana correctly. I just can’t watch this.
