Bad shaky shaky camera during all the action scenes. It's really impossible to tell what's happening. There's a boat, someone shooting, another boat, someone shot. The longest continuous camera shot is literally 1 second. It's really lazy and poor film making.

The movie is all about the costumes and visuals. There's zero character development, most characters hardly say a thing. The sound track is all wrong. It's so out of place in the period I found it really grating. The worst part was the volume was all wrong. At times we had to turn the sound right up to hear what people said, the next minute the music was so loud we could hardly think. I basically watched it with the remote in my hand the entire time. It's not often I watch a movie and come out at the end really annoyed at how bad it was. I'd give it a negative rating if I could. One star is too much.
