Overall a skippable watch. The pacing towards the end of the movie gets drawn out as if the writers said “ah, screw it we have two hours to milk!” I spent the last third of the movie skipping stupidly slow scenes of characters standing up, or walking 2 ft. And I still didn’t miss anything important. The acting was good but it gets lost in all the silent moments of nothing that were meant to build tension but missed the mark. As for the story, it follows typical tropes and everyone on the island is too stupid to notice weird things happening. Run of the mill stuff. There are better versions of this out there.
