I just bought this on PC (Steam). On my first night with it, I stayed up WAY past when I should have gone to sleep for work because I just... couldn't put it down. I am so happy with the face that this game FINALLY delivers on a promise do many other companies fail on. That is to make a procedurally generated world feel like you're actually exploring something. The graphics are A-1, top-notch so exciting and detailed that alone is a great boon. But the gameplay, especially the controls, are as far as I can tell, perfect in every way. Once you finally get over the learning curve (it was 2+ hours for me) the action in the fights was so addictive and intuitive it just was so gratifying! The game makes you WORK for your progress, but man does it reward you for the same. Hahaha as for the punishments? Well- sometimes life ain't fair. 9.5/10! (Highly- super highly recommend)
