definitely one of the worst movies i have ever seen. i recently watched thinking, oh it can’t be THAT bad, but boy was i wrong. everything about this movie is INFURIATING and hurts me internally. they changed the pronunciation of character names in an attempt to seem more authentic, despite the fact that all the characters are whitewashed. the protagonists are lifeless and have no personality. aang, the cheerful young boy, is sad and scared, katara is terrible at bending and sokka has no humor. not to mention the fact that the acting is terrible and the bending is just random movements, compared to the animation, which were based off of different forms of martial arts. the characters are also missing key elements, such as kataras necklace and zukos scar being practically invisible. this entire movie just made me sad and confused as to how a show so great could become something this terrible.
