I enjoyed your "new" show this morning, but I have a comment that is of a more general nature: when showing stories about mass shootings--even attempted shootings--I wish to never see the face of the perpetrator(s), and really would prefer not to see their names. I honestly believe that kind of publicity only encourages the other crazies out there who would like the same kind of notoriety.
Instead, I would love to see and hear as much as possible about the heroes who put themselves in the line of fire to save others, whether or not they survived--those are the names and faces I want to see for days after the event. I really appreciated Arnold Schwarzenegger's request that the stories and films not be about the nut that drop-kicked him, but the people he was there to support.
