A terribly adapted abomination of our beloved series. Rowan is not Rowan, this little girl , straight from the Disney channel, is a terrible 1 schtick pony; she can’t even act! And this Cip character? What the.. AND this can’t be the good looking lasher.. this Hallmark channel version with C list actors was beyond disappointing!
