I love this movie. The portrayal of pure evil is horrifying, relentless and unapologetic. The movie captures the many dire consequences suffered by the innocent when power is abused. This theme is nicely echoed by the horror the Nazis had inflicted on their own people during that time. The movie also shows that love conquers all, even death. Gorgeous film.
