Pre-historical people, Vikings, and folks from the 1800s, globally appear from the waters and nobody knows how or why. Society has had to change to integrate all these people in the now. Wow, the most innovative and surprising show ever!! The idea, the script, the set-up, are absolute so different from anything else I've seen! The character Alfhildr Enginnsdottir, a proud and stoic Viking woman warrior previously fighting the Christian "invation," as a police criminal investigator in today's Oslo's Police Department, is a hoot!!! Being from Sweden and knowing the Scandinavian past, I'm so refreshed and tickled that the Norwegians came up with this show, bypassing Hollywood completely!!

All the women lived in big fancy houses, their sons lived in fancy perfectly decorated apartments in New York?? So out of touch with reality....Just another fluffy Hollywood movie with a fluffy script. And, ugh, watching F. Huffman made my stomach turn!

Brilliant acting and frightening real! Russel Crowe, you are magnificent!
