I’ve read and heard of Wolf for years but since reading his great bio article in VG, I’m in awe! He has met and studied or played with all the greats of jazz guitar! We even have a small connection on the sunset strip circa ‘65-‘66’! I was a member of the Knickerbockers performing at the Red Velvet when Wolf was at the Hullabaloo with the Palace Guard! I’m positive we went and heard them and they might have heard us! Small world! But back to Jazz guitar, Wolf has come a long way since those days on the “strip”. This jazz guitar book is the culmination of an amazing career in music! If you love jazz guitar, this book is essential!
