At first it was different, not your typical Star Trek type show. But, it was different, creative and captivating. The story captured a realistic view of our world especially today, the conflicts, the dark side within us, questionable decisions. The cast were perfect and yes they were not invisible. Even though this was based on Roddenberry's work, the writers and staff did a good job given the complications. Yes, there were some inconsistencies and loose ends, but they are forgiven for the more intriguing storyline. Also, having lived in Toronto, I had. good time trying to recognize some of the places where it was filmed. Enjoy it, it may not be free forever...
