This book is a page-turner! The lives of these sistas (in the black vernacular) are recounted in a riveting fashion. The author - Micole Williams - has locked in on the sisterhood of sistas in a way that authenticates the characters and the events that connect them. Truly a tangled web full of attitude (sistatude) and some surprising twists along the way. Definitely recommended, especially for us sistas (the brothers, too - you might just learn something profound about your counterparts).
