Probably one of the worst films I have ever watched. Garbled silly plot.

Absolutely loved it, like a modern day Redford and Newman, Law and Downey's screen chemistry entrances. Great plot, great action and humour thrown in. What's not to like.

Really worth a watch and always impressive to see a one man show put together in such a way that it holds onto an audience. To me the show was all about the dog really being a wolf and how a well told story combined with an excellence in one area can persuade people to join with the story tellers version of themselves and the world they live in. History tells us how that ends! Really good timing considering current affairs.

Like a great challenging book, you have to commit but it is worth it. Emma Stone steals the show as the film takes us on a journey of woman's suffrage, emancipation, the evolution of language and the physical and emotional development of not only a person but of culture. The dialogue is incredible and the script probably could be read in its own right. A film that looks amazing, challenges you and is enjoyed long after it is finished. Loss of a star just for Mark Ruffalo's fluctulating accent and last scene.

Brings a smile to your face . If music be the food of love then play on. Highly recommend.

There is so much to love in this film, from the beautiful sets and iconic set pieces such as the shadows on the hanging coloured sheets. The music and dancing is inspiring, uplifting and moving although maybe not as good as the original. However....... Why the change in song order, to go from the tension of the rumble to 'I Feel Pretty' - completely ruined the dramatic moment. 'Stay Cool' so intense in the original with the Jets dealing with what has just happened also gets moved and downgraded and the charm of 'Gee Officr Krupke' lost and not used to highlight the charm of Riff. Riff in general was a big disappointment... also no homage to his yellow jacket 😞 I guess it is hard to please everyone but talking to friends they shared these views. Strange as Spielberg is obviously a master craftsman. So overall well worth seeing and in places I was wowed and moved but still left me with feeling of 'If only....'

From the opening titles to the final credits, this film does not disappoint. Takes everything that made the first film brilliant and turns it up. Amazing action sequences, emotional development of the characters and a great storyline coupled with a perfect soundtrack. If Everything, everywhere, all at once got an Oscar then this deserves a hatful.
