No plot a all. We see for 10 min a mother and a brother being sad. They do nothing. Then we got 10 min of unrelated sceneries: fumes, water, galaxies, flocs of birds. How more boring can it be?
I do understand what the author tried to achieve, but it just doesn't work at all.
