This movie was too sad for me to watch. The actors were great, the storyline was great regarding the topic of Juneteenth. But, the poverty in this movie had me shook. The praying grandma, turned drunk at night was a good twist. But that's all. While it is related to some, All black ppl don't live like that. I got to watch Blackish or Family Matters to get over this. Even Good Times was real and uplifting.
