Howz about drill the holes for pins BEFORE hardening......Glue ONE SIDE ON.....Allow to set....Drill through THAT SCALE (from the TANG SIDE (for perfect alignment....)....Allow setting tme.......THEN and ONLY then....Drill though the First scale /tang through the 2nd SCALE......RESULTS Perfect alignment, and EASY PIN alignment. !!!!! EASY !
