It’s neither amazing nor terrible, it has quite a few moments in the story that honestly feel as though it was a slap to fans of the previous games. I’d rather avoid spoiling it seeing as you’d need to play it yourself to see if the way they handled the story was good or bad in your opinion seeing as the story seems to take a far more different route than the original. As for gameplay, it’s faithful to the original and is of course excellent in my opinion, the touch of names on enemies really adds more seeing as no enemy has no name and non are generic. All those human enemies as well as their pets have names it honestly made me feel bad for even killing them, but like I said this is only my opinion in regards to combat seeing as I did quite enjoy the combat from the first one as well.Graphics are stunning of course seeing as it’s another AAA title by naughty dogs who made Uncharted another game with amazing scenery, so locations will of course be quite spectacular. As for the story itself it had a good idea, but failed in pacing it correctly, I don’t hate the idea but it’s pacing as well as execution were not done well enough to make it work. Finally the music, it’s atmospheric and it’s not bad, I quite enjoyed it seeing as each location and scene managed to execute the atmosphere it was going for which helped quite a lot when making me scared or at ease when I was within the safe zone. It really did help make game world quite beautiful in cooperation with the stunning graphics and scenery as well. So a decent game with amazing locations, music, and the well loved gameplay that fails to execute the pacing of the story which could have been the icing in this sequel to a great game. Once again just an opinion, so play it for yourself and make your own opinion on the matter don’t let what other reviews dictate whether you should buy this game
