Miranda Escobar

Hard read. The main character is made out to be a Mary Sue who so full of herself, but she can't figure out who the main villain is until she catches them in the act. She blames the wrong person even though she reasons out that it's not them but doesn't trust her own thought process just because. She talks about how she can kill this person or that person or escape no problem and then doesn't. All bark no bite. Even during the big fight she doesn't show her skills shes been bragging about and falls for the super obvious trap. She makes so many dumb decisions like getting involved with the prince and eating random gifts she doesn't know where they came from. This book was just a slog.
