Read through the reviews a bit and I get the good as well as the bad.. For me personally.. I absolutely loved this movie. Enough to write a review about it. I don't review a lot of movies. But wanted to with this one. Some of the things I liked were.. The futuristic but at the same time nostalgic vibe this movie had. I think the things that were done simply, or with what would seem to be, lack of thought, were actually intentionally done that way. At least that's how I feel. The story, script and acting were beautifully and masterfully done, in my opinion. To make a modern space movie and not have it filled with CGI and make it have this nostalgic feel to it is tough to do. I feel like they pulled that off with this movie. My only dislike would be the ending. It left a lot to be desired in movie the deserves but probably won't have a sequel. At the end of a movie you want to feel more of a sense of completion with a hint of 'there could be more'. I feel like they did the opposite of that with this movie.
