so so so predictable. the script is actually terrible and incredibly cheesy lol. i can tell what’s going to happen halfway into season 5 after glancing at a few episodes before. it all goes the same. cobra kai does some shady, under the table stuff, they win, and then “miraculously” someone from danny’s dojo (i dunno what it’s called- heavy on the few episodes) wins and “oh my gosh! they’re both going to compete despite the trickery! i never would have guessed!”. great actors, awful script. oh yeah, then danny (and several other characters) literally got assaulted and there’s zero legal action at all (in the episodes i’ve watched lol). just super unrealistic and not well-executed. i feel like they were trying to reach a word limit for each episode.

no cap sorry the concept of the movie was great and the fact they’re bringing awareness and seriousness to a subject that gets joked about daily is awesome, but the end was just- not even realistic whatsoever. like i literally thought this movie was made in the early 2000’s because of all of the cheesy dialogue and scenes ngl

the mothers are all so manipulative and it’s constantly like “we did nothing wrong”. terrible tbh lmao. the mothers all did things wrong to make their sons distance from them, and the entire movie is blaming the sons for what the mothers did.
