Paranormal is well acted, engaging story, relatable and winsome main character, and has wonderful settings/locations. I loved it. I hope Netflix will continue to give us more foreign shows like Paranormal, The Gift, Dark, Elite, and Blank Spot.

Funny, irreverent, sometimes raunchy, honest, sweet, and very wholesome at its core. I love the layers of emotional connection and vulnerability. I also appreciate how the show values different types of relationships. It’s awesome to see BDSM shown more authentically (especially season 2) after the 50 Shades debacle. Season 1 didn’t do a good job at all of showcasing the importance of consent, but I’m glad to see Season 2 doing much better with this topic. Seems that while the show creator based Bonding off of his own experiences, he neglected to ask for any input from actual sex workers or dommes. I think season 2 is an improvement because the creator took criticisms from the kink & SW (sex worker) community to heart. Overall I really enjoyed this show. I hope it can help destigmatize the BDSM/kink community and legitimize sex workers.
