Margot Robbie looked good. The rest of MATTELL's merchandising movie was badly written, badly acted, badly directed, bad music, bad set design. Bad, bad, bad... everything. As a movie; not suitable for either adults or children. How come it had record box office takings? Because the best part of the movie was MATTELL's marketing budget - professionally executed by Warner Bros - dwarfing national budgets of starving nations... The 5-star 'public' review entries in Google are instructive - straight out of the MATTELL marketing department

Great actors, acting and directing. Brings to light immorality and greed of white settlers in America. Unfortunately, in the world already full of darkness, this movie piles on more.

A long and patchy movie that, on balance, did not deserve the time it took from me. Daniel Craig acting is even more wooden then usual. Debonaire, in the tradition of Niven, Connery, Lazenby, Moore, Broznan - he is not. Unfortunately support cast appear to take their cues from Dan. Writing is not to the standard of past Bonds - has long passages of stale dialogue with cardboard profundity. Cartoonish glamorous female leads of the past have been replaced by not particularly well acted, written or entertaining attempts at 'realism.' Thankfully still some great scenery and action shots. Equally some dreary scenery designs and tedious action. This movie lets down the genre that James Bond's of the past have defined as their own.

Samurai imagery symbols and code set in the Western setting. Long slow dark drag for the last 2/3rds of the movie.

The story is saturated with with Catholic rituals, symbolism and world view. If one can see past those, the cinematography is very good. Acting by the likes of Russel Crowe and Franco Nero and Daniel Zovatto is also very good. The movie's several scenes of possession appear a little corny, but that is a good thing in our world replete with real life atrocities.

While I am not familiar with any of the actors, each and every one does a splendid job. By no means a shoot-em-up Western. Dark story but with heart at the centre of it - the very thing where most current offerings of every genre fail.

I see what they were trying to do here...a quirky funny surreal take on big time safe cracking. Our hero goes a long way to that. The rest of the cast and story line falls flat

I would rate it as C-grade telemovie, where Mickey Rourke's unsigtly tribute to botched plastic surgery is the only point of morbid interest.

If only this movie was a satire...It actually closely reflects the decline in human values, mutual respect and reliance on facts in our lives. We are sloshing in the ocean of opinions and image-serving delusional ego posturing in politics, social media and across the society. Kind of mirrors Caligula playing his fiddle while Rome (or world in our case) burned. Unfortunately the story line reflects the actual coarse and corny reality so much as to be coarse and corny. For me the best efforts of our star-studded cast have extreme difficulty saving this movie simply because the human (inhuman) actions portrayed reflect the reality surrounding us. For me the movie stops being entertainment and rubs our noses in the smelly reality of what the world has actually become.

Tiresomely violent with thin script and questionable acting. Not recommended.
