Paul Burley

It's one of those shows that completely passed me by at the time of broadcast, however, I was hooked from the first episode. If you enjoyed Lost (but didn't enjoy the fact they dragged it on for too long), you'll like this in that it keeps you guessing all the way but won't take forever to watch. Amazing cast, too!

I can only rate the show as a whole and, considering it's been dragging me back ever since my first episode in 1988, they must be doing something right. Yes, it's never going to be all things to all people (nor should it be), but to me, it's a silly bit of escapism that never punches down. It's more 'Coronation Street' than 'Star Trek', in that it can switch from high drama to whimsy in a heartbeat, and that's a rare thing. Long may it run!
