I am a Chinese and currently running a farming company in the U.S. I honestly feel the same way as the film says about Amercan. I mean good welfare and right is definitely an advantage that basically most of chinese mid-class can never think about to get. However, that should be only provided to the hardworking people but not be used as an excuse when someone not woking hard enough. What I feel is people here always think they are right, "over confidence" is definitely the proper words to describe them. Dont get me wrong, I love Americans, it is just when it comes to work I think there are a lot that they should learn and should be more humbled.
