I am of the openion that awarding marks to the participants by a lot of juris after hearing the views of the three sitting judges is not in order as it will have an adverse effect on the marks the participants get from juris. In fact the juris have to award the marks first and the judges have to review the participants performance thereafter. This appears more appropriate in deciding the merit of the performance. Hope I may get a suitable communication on the matter.
