This programme would be so much better if they stopped playing 'upbeat music' throughout - all over people walking/speaking/dealing with animals....It IS SO ANNOYING. Why can't we have a country programme which you can listen to without someone trying to mood swing you using pointless tunes? The whole idea of the countryside is that it is a reasonably natural environment. Please can we hear the natural environment? Children are growing up thinking that 'musak' is being piped in behind the oak trees.

Great film - I can watch it over and over again. The sets, costumes and music are just fantastic and evoke a time that can only be Hollywood.
