It was good, like really good. James did an absolutely amazing job with this one. Everything from the plot, to the cast, the tone, everything was absolute perfection. How they delivered the whole plot, even the little background stories for the characters, was absolutely brilliant. I loved that it was R-rated, the gore made Snyder's 300 look like a pg 13 film. I really hope that DC continues with this version of suicide squad and that they can mash it up with the Snyder verse justice league. It would be absolutely bonkers going forward. The batman films would absolutely kill it with Harley and Snyder's joker. For me, this is easily one of Warner bros and Jame's best works and one of the films I have enjoyed watching most in a very long while. It's a five-star for me.

I watched skull island, godzilla 1 and 2 and I just knew, these two monsters meeting was going to be epic and boy was it epic. It was an absolutely amazing meet. The plot was simple, I like that, the directing especially during the fight scenes, 10/10 easy. I hope there is another one after this, coz this one was an absolute blast for me. 5 stars.
